Free shipping on Mayhem custom wheels. Free lug kit included with the purchase of a set of 4 Mayhem 8101 Monstir Dually gloss black milled custom wheels. These are special mag lugs provided by the manufacturer. Wheels do not accept any other type of lugs. Part numbers ending in F are fronts, part numbers ending in R are outer rears and part numbers ending in I are inner rears.
