The Black Rhino Kaizen is a concave split 6-spoke wheel design that featured an off-road inspired lip. Black Rhino launched the Kaizen in 17x9.5 and 20x9.5 sizes with 6x114.3 (Nissan), 6x135 (Ford) and 6x139.7 (GM, Ram and Toyota) bolt patterns. Other sizes and bolt patterns may have been added. The Kaizen wheel is manufactured using a highly advanced production technique called Flow Formed Technology (FFT). The rim of the wheels is forged at high pressure while the wheel is spun at high speed. This alters the molecular structure and enhances the strength of the alloy. The benefit is a much lighter weight than a regular cast wheel. Most importantly, the weight saving is in the outer rim of the wheel which dramatically reduces rotational mass and enhances vehicle performance.
